american idol is back!

american idol (season 7) is back with a vengeance! i'm so excited coz this is my fav show! who's gonna be the next american idol??!!

when i was watching the show the other night, i couldn't help but reminiscense who won the past seasons. let's see.. season 1 kelly clarkson, s2 rueben, s3 was it clay aiken? s4 carrie underwood, s5 taylor hicks, s6 jordin sparks. when i checked the internet, i was wrong for season 3. it was fantasia. guess news about her were scarce so i really couldn't remember.

jit shiong is my fav although i think angie will probably win the title judging from her superb performance in every challenge. jit shiong has the look, height and body of a model while michael is a little too thin for me. jit shiong is not very good in mandarin and he mainly converse in english if you watched the show. brandy has a wide face which i think is a no no for a successful model. angie is very professional and i have no complain on her. i hope jit shiong will win but if the title should go to angie, i will be contented too.

SYTYCD top 16

was in ruums again last nite. actually was there every thursday nite for the past 3 weeks. love the atmosphere, the excitement.. seriously, being on a live show compares nothing to watching it on the idiot box. the fly fm team was there to distribute free gifts - t-shirts, caps, notebooks, backstage passes.. got nothing.. arghhhhh!!! they kept throwing it at the same spot and i know two person got more than 1 gifts. that is so unfair!!

was absolutely feeling a bit piss off last night. not because of the fly fm team. just that, it's what i felt. don't know why. life is bad. :(

so you think you can dance malaysia

i was on tv!! though i didn't see it myself. last thursday, i went to watch the first ever malaysian reality dancing competition 'so you think you can dance' held at the ruums club in kl. there was a big crowd - people on the guest list like myself, family members, friends, celebrities and other guests. supposed to be there by 8pm but the traffic stops me. but it didn't matter coz the show didn't start until 9.30pm! i saw the cool yannus, one the judges for the preliminary rounds. he was really cool. also aishah sinclair, paul moss and rina omar. aishah was truly gorgeous! and rina was really petite! the judges for the show were ramli ibrahim - famed for his exotic indian dance, pat who choreographed for puteri gunung ledang and whats-her-name who was in akademi fantasia show according to my buddy.

then the host juliana ibrahim got on the stage to start the show. and so it starts with a bang!! contestants went on stage to perform together. in the competition, the contestants will have to dance in pairs and then the judges will choose the bottom four. the unlucky four will have to dance again to gain sms votes from the audience and tv viewers. failure to get more votes than the others will result in two of them being booted out from the competition. among the contestants, sean was really good looking, joaane was really good and suhaili was a looker! in the end the unlucky four were shake, azie, vish and alice. sadly, shake and azie didn't get enough votes to remain in the competition.

what an experience. my first ever live tv show. i can't wait to go again this coming thursday!
